Got the modem yesterday and hooked it up this morning. Pretty straightforward setup. Tried manual setup first but got an error due to a duplicate VPI-VCI value, so I just ran the wizard to see what I had done wrong. Ahhh! One of those head-slapping "sheesh!" moments. Saw the problem immediately. I had set it up incorrectly just because I was not used to this modem. I'll be recommending/selling this to my clients and next time I set it up I won't make that mistake. Works well at over 10Mbps down with Centurylink as an ISP. (I replaced an older Westell modem.)
