i bought this because my zoom travel router broke after 2 months...so don't buy that one! anyhow, this is very easy to use. has a small manual to help you connect your modem/phone. i'm using a virgin mobile broadband modem. the internet works great with it, and i haven't experienced data loss (at least it wasn't noticeable). now i don't have to only use the internet on my laptop; my tablet can now connect to my secure network too. i wish this had a built in battery so that i could use off the charger. other than that, it simply is neat.
